- Free Delivery: Available on all orders within Italy.
Getting Your Order to You
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a quick confirmation email to let you know we’ve got it and are getting everything ready. We usually pack and prepare orders within 0-2 working days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your parcel is on its way, we’ll send you another message with tracking details. Delivery within Italy typically takes around 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday). And the best bit?
Shipping’s completely free on all Italian orders, no extra charges at all.
Running a Bit Late?
If your order hasn’t shown up within the usual processing and delivery time, please allow up to an extra 3 working days (Monday to Friday), as sometimes shipments can run a bit late. In the meantime, feel free to keep an eye on your parcel with the tracking code we sent you.
If you need to cancel your order, just get in touch with us as soon as possible using support@omdara.com. Please bear in mind that once your order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel it.
Problems?
If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, we’re really sorry about that. Please snap a few clear photos showing the problem and get in touch with us so we can sort it out. Call us or send us an email to support@omdara.com and we’ll review your case quickly and make sure to send you the correct, undamaged replacement as soon as possible.
